SBB Mangement
The key to getting a handle on your violation is to access the SBB management portal at:SBB Management link
Register for SBB management portal.
If you do not have access to the portal, register with these steps:
Go to SBB Login
Click “Sign up” on the right hand side of the page
Submit your information (email address, property address, etc.)
SBB Management will need to validate that you are who you say you are. Once they have validated your information, you will receive your login credentials via email after 1-2 business days.
Login and access your violation.
Once logged in, click on the "My Items" tab on the left
In the My Items section you will see a list of messages
Click on the item pertaining to your violation, it will most likely say "Mailbox Repair" in the title.
Request more time for your Repair
With the violation item selected, type a new message by placing the cursor in the message field.
Request more time for your repair in that field.
SBB Management will grant more time and this avoids the sending of subsequent violation letters 2nd, 3rd and a final letter with a fine.
Notify repair is completed
Again, access your items in SBB management dashboard
Select the mailbox violation item and submit a new message to indicate your mailbox was repaired. Indicate any specifics about the repair.
SBB Management will follow up with a confirmation.
